煤矿井下人员不安全行为测度模型与应用研究

摘　　要：预防为主、防治结合是目前煤矿安全管理的主要模式。在分析影响煤炭安全因素的基础上,从个体因素、物料因素、方法因素、环境因素与管理因素等5个方面建立了衡量煤矿井下员工安全行为的指标体系,采用概率语言信息决策方法构建了井下人员不安全行为的测度模型,利用该模型对金阳煤矿井下人员不安全行为进行了分析,找出了井下人员不安全行为的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。Prevention first and combined prevention and control are the main modes of coal mine safety management at present.Based on the analysis of factors affecting coal safety,an index system for measuring the safety behavior of downhole coal mine employees is established from five aspects:individual factors,material factors,method factors,environmental factors,management factors and others.A probability language information decision-making method is used to construct a measurement model for unsafe behavior of downhole personnel.This model is used to analyze the unsafe behavior of downhole personnel in Jinyang Coal Mine,identify the main problems of unsafe behavior of downhole personnel,and propose corresponding countermeasures.
