摘 要:我国地震灾害频繁发生,经济、社会受到严重影响,良好的应急物流能力能够有效降低损失。通过构建基于“情景-任务-能力”的地震灾害应急物流能力评价体系,运用模糊物元法和熵权法,评价全国各省应急物流能力,从时空维度分析我国地震灾害应急物流发展水平。结果表明:(1)全国的应急物流能力水平平均值为0.33,并呈逐年稳步提升态势;(2)国内各省份物流能力存在较大差异,整体上呈现东部高于西部、南部高于北部的分布格局。Earthquake disasters occur frequently in China,the economy and society are seriously affected.A good emergency logistics capacity can effectively reduce the losses.We have developed an evaluation system to assess the emergency logistics capabilities.The system incorporates fuzzy matter-element and entropy weight method to evaluate capabilities across different provinces,and the capabilities of earthquake disaster emergency logistics in China is analyzed from the space-time dimension.The results show that:(1)The average value of the national emergency logistics capacity level is 0.33,and has been steadily improving;(2)There are large differences in logistics capabilities of provinces in China,the eastern are higher than the western and the southern are higher than the northern.
