摘 要:在数字技术发展及全球一体化的背景下,具备创新能力的供应链已经成为应对风险和不确定性的主要手段,而大数据能力和供应链协同如何激发供应链创新还须深入讨论。文章基于组织学习理论和协同理论,结合357家国内制造企业调研数据,以大数据能力和供应链协同为中介变量,实证分析了环境不确定性与供应链创新之间的作用关系。研究结果表明,环境不确定性对制造业供应链创新有显著正向影响;存在“环境不确定性→大数据能力→供应链协同→供应链创新”的链式中介作用。结论阐释了环境不确定性赋能制造业供应链创新的内在机制,为制造企业提高供应链创新绩效提供启示。In the context of digital technology development and global integration,innovative supply chains have become the main means to deal with risks and uncertainties,and how big data capabilities and supply chain collaboration stimulate supply chain innovation needs further discussion.Based on organizational learning theory and synergy theory,combined with the survey data of 357 domestic manufacturing enterprises,this study empirically analyzed the relationship between environmental uncertainty and supply chain innovation with big data capability and supply chain synergy as the intermediary variables.The results show that environmental uncertainty has a significant positive impact on manufacturing supply chain innovation;there is a chain intermediary role of"environmental uncertainty→big data capability→supply chain collaboration→supply chain innovation".Conclusion this paper explains the internal mechanism of environmental uncertainty enabling manufacturing supply chain innovation,and provides inspiration for manufacturing enterprises to improve supply chain innovation performance.
