摘　　要：文章基于冷链物流的特点,构建了ANP-VIKOR模型,从储存能力、加工能力、运输能力和配送能力四个维度评估了冷链物流供应链韧性,并选择了郑州市三家冷链物流公司展开具体分析,证明了该方法的可行性。结果表明:信息共享程度低、市场需求是最重要的影响因素,评估结果对冷链供应链发展具有一定的指导意义。Based on the characteristics of cold chain logistics,the article constructs an ANP-VIKOR model to evaluate the resilience of the cold chain logistics supply chain from four dimensions:Storage capacity,processing capacity,transportation capacity,and distribution capacity.Three cold chain logistics companies in Zhengzhou were selected for specific analysis,proving the feasibility of this method.The results indicate that the low level of information sharing and market demand are the most important influencing factors,and the evaluation results have certain guiding significance for the development of cold chain supply chains.
