从疾病学角度思考中医病证的研究

摘　　要：疾病学是探索疾病这一特殊生命状态所形成的独立的学问,其内容包含疾病谱、疾病分类、疾病命名,以及病因、机制、症状体征、过程和转归等,对于全方位认识疾病具有重要意义。而中医对疾病的认识,更多的是从病证入手,与现代医学的疾病学研究有所不同。通过疾病学的角度对中医病证进行研究和分析,为中医更加全面系统地认识疾病提供思路与方法。研究表明:中医文献中有丰富的疾病学内容,但是中医病证的研究因其与现代医学具有不同的理论体系和思维模式,又呈现出其独有的特点,还有很多的难点有待进一步研究。从疾病学的角度对中医病证进行研究,可以为中医临床病证诊疗提供一定的思路与方法,同时也对中医病证标准化、系统化研究提供一定的思考。Disease science is an independent knowledge that is formed by the exploration of this special life state of diseases,and its contents include disease spectrum,disease classification,disease naming,as well as etiology,mechanism,symptoms and signs,process and outcome,etc.,which has great significance for the comprehensive understanding of diseases.However,the understanding of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is more based on the diseases and syndromes,which is different from the disease research in modern medicine.By studying and analyzing TCM diseases and syndromes from the perspective of disease science,this paper aims to provide ideas and methods for TCM to understand diseases more comprehensively and systematically.Researches show that,there are rich disease science contents in TCM literatures,but the study of TCM diseases and syndromes presents its unique characteristics due to its different theoretical system and thinking mode from modern medicine,and there are still many difficulties that need to be further studied.Studying TCM diseases and syndromes from the perspective of disease science can provide certain ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of TCM clinical diseases and syndromes,as well as provide certain thinking for the standardized and systematic research of TCM diseases and syndromes.
