摘　　要：目的评估单侧腔镜假体植入乳房重建/隆乳联合对侧腔镜/开放背阔肌±假体乳房重建在乳腺癌患者中的临床疗效。方法前瞻性分析2021年1月至2024年5月在四川大学华西医院接受单侧腔镜假体植入乳房重建/隆乳联合对侧腔镜/开放背阔肌±假体乳房重建的16例乳腺癌患者(32个乳房)的临床资料,以评估该术式临床疗效。结果中位随访时间为10.50个月,手术相关并发症发生率为18.75%(6/32),美容学并发症发生率为15.63%(5/32),Harris量表评分优秀及良好总占比为81.25%(13/16),Ueda评分优秀及良好总占比为87.50%(14/16),SCAR-Q外观量表评分为(56.56±20.77)分。1例术后出现远处转移,1例局部和区域复发,无死亡病例。结论单侧腔镜假体植入乳房重建/隆乳联合对侧腔镜/开放背阔肌±假体乳房重建术后乳房美观度好,手术时间短,值得临床推广应用。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of unilateral endoscopic breast reconstruction/breast augmentation with prosthesis combined with contralateral endoscopic/open breast reconstruction of the latissimus dorsi muscle±prosthesis in breast cancer patients.Methods The clinical data of 32 breasts in 16 breast cancer patients undergoing unilateral endoscopic breast reconstruction/breast augmentation with prosthesis combined with contralateral endoscopic/open breast reconstruction of the latissimus dorsi muscle±prosthesis from January 2021 to May 2024 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University were prospectively analyzed to assess the clinical efficacy of this surgical method.Results The median follow-up time was 10.50 months,and the incidence of surgery-related complications was 18.75%(6/32),and the incidence of cosmetic surgery-related complications was 15.63%(5/32).Harris scale scoring was performed on the patients,and 81.25%(13/16)of the patients obtained excellent Harris scale scores and good Harris scale scores.Ueda scoring was performed on the patients,and 87.50%(14/16)of the patients obtained excellent Ueda scores and good Ueda scores.The SCAR-Q appearance scale scores of the patients were(56.56±20.77)points.Distant metastasis occurred in 1 patient after surgery,and local and regional recurrence occurred in 1 patient,and no deaths occurred.Conclusion The surgical method of unilateral endoscopic breast reconstruction/breast augmentation with prosthesis combined with contralateral endoscopic/open breast reconstruction of the latissimus dorsi muscle±prosthesis has the advantages of favorable breast aesthetics and short operation time,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
