摘  要:再制造产品服务系统是一种基于再制造产品和服务以满足用户需求为目标的商业整合系统,现有研究分析产品服务系统对企业实施再制造的促进作用,但是缺乏从产品全生命周期角度研究企业实施再制造产品服务系统经济可行性。针对再制造产品服务系统经济性评价问题,首先分析再制造产品服务系统的运行体系及成本分解结构,然后构建再制造产品服务系统的经济性评价模型,最后以发动机再制造产品服务系统为研究对象开展案例研究和应用。结果表明,企业实施再制造产品服务系统具有广泛的经济效益,再制造产品服务系统不仅可以成为企业的盈利增长点,还能够降低用户成本,同时实现节能减排,减少环境治理和资源消耗成本。所提出的分析模型可以为企业制定再制造实施策略,选择再制造技术和服务模式提供一定的参考和管理启示。Remanufacturing product service system is a commercial integration system based on remanufacturing products and services to meet user requirements.Existing studies have analyzed the promotional effect of product service system on enterprise remanufacturing implementation and proposed a remanufacturing scheme-evaluation method.However,there is a lack of research on the economic benefits of enterprise implementation of remanufacturing product service system from the perspective of product life-cycle costs.Therefore,in view of this problem and considering the entire remanufacturing process,this study used the life cycle cost analysis method to comprehensively optimize the stages of recycling,production,sales,use,and scrap disposal in the remanufacturing process.Additionally,the influence of factors such as the remanufacturing cost,technology selection,and market size on the economic benefits of the remanufacturing product service system was analyzed.The economic evaluation model of the remanufacturing product service system was constructed to provide an analytical framework for enterprises to formulate a remanufacturing implementation strategy,technology,and service-mode selection.The results showed the following:(1)Enterprises implementing a remanufacturing product service system can obtain better producer benefits.When an enterprise uses advanced surface-engineering technology,the remanufacturing rate of the old blank parts is improved,the procurement cost of the updated parts is reduced,and the overall economic benefits are higher.(2)Enterprises implementing a remanufacturing product service system can obtain better user benefits.Remanufacturing product service system allow users to obtain remanufactured products with the same performance as new products at a lower cost.When enterprises use advanced surface-engineering technology to produce remanufactured products with upgraded performance,they can reduce the cost to users at the use stage,thus bringing more economic benefits to users.(3)Enterprises can obtain be
