摘　　要：儿童胶质瘤异质性突出,具有独特的分子病理学特征,并非成人胶质瘤的“缩小版”。本文强调儿童胶质瘤手术治疗、放射治疗和药物化疗的基本要点,介绍其与成人胶质瘤靶向治疗的异同,阐述儿童胶质瘤涉及的重要驱动基因异常及其对应的靶向治疗策略,重点描述组蛋白H3突变致儿童弥漫性高级别胶质瘤的表观遗传学治疗策略,并展望儿童胶质瘤诊断与治疗的未来工作。Pediatric gliomas are highly heterogeneous and have unique molecular characteristics.They are not smaller versions of adult gliomas.This review emphasizes the basic points of surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy for pediatric gliomas,introduces the similarities and differences with targeted therapy for adult gliomas,describes the important driver gene abnormalities involved in pediatric gliomas and the corresponding targeted therapy strategies,and focuses on the epigenetic treatment strategies for pediatric diffuse high⁃grade gliomas caused by histone H3 mutations,and looks forward to the future work of diagnosis and treatment of pediatric gliomas.
