摘　　要：报道1例特发性肥厚性硬脊膜炎患者。患者为中年女性,病程迁延1年余,临床表现为反复发热、头痛、背痛,磁共振成像显示硬脊膜增厚伴强化。硬脊膜活组织检查病理确诊为肥厚性硬脊膜炎,经过手术与免疫治疗后患者症状较前好转。A case of idiopathic hypertrophic spinal pachymeningitis is reported.The patient was a middle-aged female,with the course of disease more than 1 year.Clinical manifestations included recurrent fever,headache and backache,and the magnetic resonance imaging showed diffuse enhancement and thickening of the spinal dura mater.Dural biopsy pathology finally confirmed hypertrophic spinal pachymeningitis.After treatment with surgery and immunotherapy,the patient′s clinical symptoms improved.
