摘 要:步态异常和平衡障碍是帕金森病的常见临床特征,目前越来越多的证据表明,中枢胆碱能神经元变性是导致帕金森病步态异常和平衡障碍的重要因素。文中就中枢胆碱能系统参与帕金森病步态和平衡障碍机制的相关研究进行综述,旨在为帕金森病步态异常和平衡障碍的治疗提供新方向和思路。Gait deficits and balance disturbances are prevalent clinical features in Parkinson′s disease(PD).There is an increasing body of evidence pointing towards the degeneration of central cholinergic neurons as a crucial factor leading to these disturbances in PD.This paper presents a comprehensive review of the relevant research on the involvement of the central cholinergic system in the mechanisms underlying gait deficits and balance disturbance in PD.The aim is to provide new perspectives and insights for the treatment of gait deficits and balance disturbances in PD.
