摘　　要：目的:基因工程是生命科学专业的极为重要的基础课程;基因工程技术也是现代生物技术的核心组成部分。基因工程与植物学、动物学以及微生物学等学科交叉融合,在生物医药、化工、农业、牧业和环境治理等领域的科学研究中被广泛应用。而传统中药是在中医理论指导下,进行疾病预防和治疗的药物。现代基因工程技术是我国中医药现代化和可持续发展的主要推动力,基因工程技术在中药资源鉴定、中药资源基因组研究、中药材品质改良、中药药效综合评价以及中药作用机理研究方面都有着非常重要作用。将中药研究引入基因工程教学改革,丰富了基因工程的教学内容、优化了教学手段、提升了教学方法,使传统学科与现代技术手段相融合,可以培养中药学领域的复合型人才,为我国的中药学事业发展奠定基础。Genetic engineering course is an important professional foundation course for life science related majors,and genetic engineering technology is an important part of modern biotechnology.Genetic engineering is integrated with botany,zoology and microbiology,and is widely used in scientific research in the fields of medicine and chemical industry,agriculture,animal husbandry and environmental management.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a medicine for disease prevention and treatment under the guidance of TCM theory.Modern biotechnology is the main driving force for the modernization and sustainable development of Chinese medicine,and genetic engineering technology plays an important role in the identification of Chinese medicine resources,genomic research of Chinese medicine resources,quality improvement of Chinese herbal medicines,evaluation of efficacy and clarification of action mechanism of Chinese medicine.Introducing the research of Chinese medicine into the teaching classroom of genetic engineering enriches the teaching content,optimizes the teaching means and improves the teaching method,combines the tradition with modernity.Through the integration,inter-disciplinary talent in the field of traditional Chinese medicine can be cultivated to lay the foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in our country.
