摘　　要：肉瘤样肾细胞癌(SRCC)是一种特殊类型的肾细胞癌,其特点是肿瘤细胞发生了肉瘤样的去分化改变。与其他肾细胞癌亚型相比,SRCC缺乏特异性的临床表现,使得诊断变得复杂,往往需要依赖于病理学检查来确诊。SRCC侵袭强,病程进展迅速,病死率较高,预后通常不佳。因此,对于SRCC的治疗策略也与普通类型的肾细胞癌有所区别,术前准确的影像学评估对于制定治疗计划和预测疗效至关重要。因此,该文就肉瘤样肾细胞癌的影像学检查的进展进行综述。Sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma(SRCC)is a type of renal cell carcinoma that is characterised by the sarcomatoid dedifferentiation of tumour cells.In comparison to other subtypes of renal cell carcinoma,SRCC does not have distinct clinical manifestations,which makes diagnosis difficult and often requires pathological investigations to confirm.The biological behaviour of SRCC is more aggressive,resulting in rapid disease progression and a high mortality rate,leading to a generally poor prognosis.Therefore,accurate preoperative imaging evaluation is essential for treatment planning and predicting outcomes in sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma(SRCC),which requires a different treatment strategy from common types of renal cell carcinoma.Therefore,accurate preoperative imaging evaluation is essential for treatment planning and predicting outcomes in sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma(SRCC),which requires a different treatment strategy from common types of renal cell carcinoma.This article reviews recent advances in imaging for SRCC.
