资源支持视域下超大城市铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究——基于北京、天津、上海的实地调查

摘　　要：当前,从资源支持角度探讨超大城市铸牢中华民族共同体意识及由此涉及加强和改进其民族工作问题,应成为当地各级党委和政府面临的一项重要任务。结合北京、天津、上海三地调研资料,从各民族共同繁荣发展、共治民族事务、共创精神家园、推进社会互嵌等方面,考察三个超大城市各民族铸牢经济、政治、文化、社会共同体意识的基本状况。研究表明:经济型资源支持存在差异、政治型资源支持较为匮乏、文化型资源支持相对乏力、社会型资源支持明显不足等,是超大城市铸牢中华民族共同体意识的公共资源支持困境。在此基础上,针对性地提出公共资源支持视域下超大城市铸牢中华民族共同体意识的对策建议。本研究的观点和结论能够为现阶段城市多方主体推动新时代党的民族工作高质量发展提供重要的数据佐证和学理支撑。At present,it should become an important task for local Party committees and governments at all levels to explore the issue of creating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and the improvement of ethnic work in megacities from the perspective of resource support.Based on the research data in Beijing,Tianjin,and Shanghai,this paper examines the basic situation of the three megacities in consolidating the economic,political,cultural,and social community awareness of the Chinese nation among all ethnic groups from the aspects of common prosperity and development,joint governance of ethnic affairs,joint creation of spiritual homeland,and promotion of social embedding.The research shows that there are differences in economic resource support,a lack of political resource support,relatively weak cultural resource support,and obvious lack of social resource support,which are the public resource support dilemmas for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation in megacities.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation in megacities from the perspective of public resource support.The views and conclusions of this study can provide important data evidence and theoretical support for multiple urban actors to promote the high-quality development of the Party’s ethnic work in the new era.
