摘  要:电缆用低烟无卤聚烯烃(LSZH-PO)绝缘材料可提高船舶和航空用高电性能电缆运行时的稳定性、安全性和可靠性。对LSZH-PO绝缘材料介电强度(电气强度)的准确评定可以为电缆的选材和应用提供参考。试样厚度和试验电压升压速率是影响LSZH-PO绝缘材料介电强度测试值的两个主要因素。通过试验研究发现:试样厚度增大会导致散热困难、温度升高,同时因含有气泡、杂质等缺陷使电场畸变的可能性增大;试验电压升压速率降低会延长电压施加时间,使热量积累、温度升高;最终导致所测得的击穿电压随温度升高和电压作用时间增加出现下降,不再与试样厚度成正比。按照相关标准,将LSZH-PO绝缘材料试样厚度控制在(1.0±0.1)mm,试验电压升压速率设定为2 kV/s,以降低因试样厚度和施加电压时间(热量积累)引起材料热击穿,同时选择合适的试验绝缘油,最终可获得较为准确的LSZH-PO绝缘材料介电强度测试值。The low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin(LSZH-PO)insulation materials for cables can improve the stability,safety,and reliability of high electrical performance cables used in ships and aviation during operation.The accurate evaluation of the dielectric strength(electrical strength)of LSZH-PO insulation materials can provide reference for the selection material and application of cables.The thickness of the sample and the voltage boosting rate increase during the test are the two main factors affecting the dielectric strength test value of LSZH-PO insulation materials.Through experimental research,it is found that increasing the thickness of the sample can lead to difficulties in heat dissipation,temperature rise,and the presence of defects such as bubbles and impurities increasing the possibility of electric field distortion;a decrease in the voltage boosting rate during the test will prolong the voltage application time,causing heat accumulation and temperature increase;ultimately,the measured breakdown voltage decreases with increasing temperature and voltage duration,and is no longer proportional to the thickness of the sample.According to relevant standards,the thickness of LSZH-PO insulation material sample is controlled at(1.O±0.1)mm,and the test voltage boosting rate is set to 2 kV/s to reduce material thermal breakdown caused by sample thickness and voltage application time(heat accumulation),at the same time,appropriate test insulation oil is selected to ultimately obtain more accurate dielectric strength test values of LSZH-PO insulation materials.
