增强热塑性塑料复合管在油气领域中的应用分析

摘  要:增强热塑性塑料复合管道(Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes,RTP)作为油气集输管线大量应用于油气田,并作为耐腐蚀、耐高压的长输管道在其他领域迅速推广。该文通过对目前RTP管的管道设计技术、管道施工技术与配套设备、管道检测/维修技术、管道经济性分析开展应用分析,得出以下结论,设计施工标准规定细化程度不足,指导性不强;目前国内的RTP管普遍采用机械压紧式连接方式,作业过程中可能会导致接头/管体连接处产生应力集中,易发生破裂;内检测尚无相关的技术手段实现;缺乏使用维护标准;非金属管在油田应用时,多种因素会导致其破坏失效;对于油气长输管道行业,目前尚无相关非金属管产品和设计、施工等规范,也无应用于油气长输管道的工程案例,建议加快非金属管道在长输管道上的应用研究。Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe(RTP)is widely used in oil and gas fields as oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines,and is rapidly promoted in other fields as corrosion resistant and high-pressure resistant long-distance transportation pipelines.Through application analysis of the current RTP pipe pipeline design technology,pipeline construction technology and supporting equipment,pipeline inspection/maintenance technology,and pipeline economic analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:The design and construction standards are not sufficiently detailed and guidance is not strong.At present,domestic RTP pipes generally adopt mechanical compression connection method,which may cause stress concentration at the joint/pipe body connection during operation and may cause rupture.There is no relevant technical means to achieve internal testing.Lack of use and maintenance standards.When non-metallic pipes are used in oil fields,many factors can lead to their failure.For the long-distance oil and gas pipeline industry,there are currently no relevant non-metallic pipe products,design,construction and other specifications,and there are no engineering cases applied to long-distance oil and gas pipelines.It is recommended to speed up the application research of non-metallic pipes in long-distance pipelines.
