摘　　要：随着生物活性盖髓材料的广泛使用、牙髓损伤修复机制的认识加深及循证临床研究的日渐增多,牙髓切断术的成功率显著提高,适应证亦逐步扩大。本文就术前、术中和术后三方面深入探讨影响牙髓切断术预后的潜在因素,以期利于临床诊疗。结合循证医学证据,牙髓切断术预后与下列因素密切相关:牙髓活力的术前诊断、龋损深度、无菌操作、牙髓术中出血、盖髓材料、冠方封闭的质量与时机。With the widespread application of bioactive pulp-capping materials,deepening understanding of the mechanisms of pulpal injury repair,and increased evidence-based clinical research,the success rate of pulpotomy has improved significantly and the indications have gradually broadened.This review delves into the potential prognostic factors on pulpotomy,focusing on three aspects:preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative.Based on the available evidencebased medical evidence,the prognosis of pulpotomy is closely related to the following factors:preoperative diagnosis of pulpal viability,depth of caries,asepsis,intraoperative bleeding,pulp-capping materials,and quality and timing of coronal sealing.
