摘　　要：在全球化与知识经济并进的背景下,科技型企业作为创新驱动发展的核心力量,对促进区域经济增长、优化产业结构、提升国家竞争力具有支撑作用。文章聚焦西藏自治区科技型企业,运用企业生命周期理论、成长理论和创新理论,系统分析其在不同成长阶段的创新特征与需求。结合区域特性与外部环境,识别科技型企业发展机遇与挑战,从培育发展企业创新主体、建立梯度培育体系、创新人才引进方式和优化创新环境等方面,提出促进西藏科技型企业创新发展的实施路径。Under the background of globalization and knowledge-based economy,science and technology-based enterprises,as the core force of innovation-driven development,play a supporting role in promoting regional economic growth,optimizing industrial structure and enhancing national competitiveness.This paper focuses on science and technology-based enterprises in Xizang Autonomous Region,and systematically analyzes their innovation characteristics and needs at different stages of growth by applying enterprise life cycle theory,growth theory and innovation theory.Combined with regional characteristics and external environment,it identifies the opportunities and challenges for the development of science and technology-based enterprises,and puts forward the implementation paths to promote the innovation and development of science and technology-based enterprises in Xizang from the aspects of fostering and developing the innovation main body of enterprises,establishing a gradient cultivation system,innovating the way of talent introduction,and optimizing the innovation environment.
