摘　　要：肝硬化血小板减少给临床工作造成困扰。为便于临床工作者迅速掌握、规范肝硬化血小板减少症的诊治,中华医学会肝病学分会肝纤维化、肝硬化及门静脉高压学组组织相关领域专家制定了《肝硬化血小板减少症临床管理实用指南》,旨在针对肝硬化血小板减少的临床诊断和治疗提供指导。Thrombocytopenia in cirrhosis is causing puzzlement in clinical practice.Therefore,in order to help clinical practitioners grasp quickly and standardize the diagnosis and treatment of thrombocytopenia in cirrhosis,liver fibrosis,and portal hypertension,the Group of the Chinese Society of Hepatology of the Chinese Medical Association has organized relevant field experts to formulate the"Concise Guidelines for Clinical Management of Thrombocytopenia in Cirrhosis"with aim of providing guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
