摘 要:DBB(Double B-box)转录因子在植物生长发育过程中起着重要作用,本研究利用生物信息学方法对红花DBB基因家族进行了全基因组鉴定和分析。研究表明,红花DBB基因家族有5个亚家族共26个成员。序列分析显示,红花DBB蛋白N端含有一个或两个B-box结构域,在C端偶尔包含一个CCT结构域。理化性质分析表明,红花DBB基因家族成员编码蛋白质的氨基酸数目为197~789、理论等电点为4.12~7.68、相对分子量为21.96~87.82 kD,大多数成员都位于细胞核。染色体定位表明,26个红花DBB基因家族成员不均匀地分布在红花的12条染色体上。对红花DBB基因上游1500 bp启动子区域顺式作用元件分析表明,绝大多数基因受到光的调控,部分基因受到生长素、赤霉素、脱落酸等植物激素的调控。蛋白互作网络分析显示,红花DBB基因家族成员可能参与光形态建成、开花和光周期等生长发育过程。本研究为今后深入研究红花DBB基因的功能和调控机制提供基础,也为寻找红花中的光响应基因提供了参考。DBB(Double B-box)transcription factors play an important role in the growth and development of plants.In this study,the bioinformatics methods were used to conduct genome-wide identification and analysis of the safflower(Carthamus tinctorius)DBB gene family.The study showed that the DBB gene family of safflower has 5 subfamilies with 26 members.The sequence analysis showed that safflower DBB protein were comprised of one or two B-box domains in the N-terminus and occasionally a CCT domain in the C-terminus.The results of physical and chemical properties showed that the amino acid number of proteins encoded by DBB gene family members of safflower ranged from 197 to 789,the theoretical isoelectric points were between 4.12 and 7.68,the relative molecular weights were between 21.96 and 87.82 kD,and most of the members were located in the nucleus.Chromosome position indicated that the 26 DBB gene family members were unevenly distributed on the12 chromosomes of safflower.Analysis of cis-elements in the 1500 bp promoter region upstream of the safflower DBB genes showed that most of the genes were regulated by light,and some of the genes were regulated by plant hormones such as auxin,gibberellin,and abscisic acid.Protein-protein interaction network analysis showed that members of the safflower DBB gene family may participate in the plant growth and development processes such as photomorphogenesis,flowering,and photoperiod.This study laid the foundation for the subsequent research on the function and regulation mechanism of safflower DBB genes,and also provided the reference genes for the identification of the light-responsive genes in safflower.
