摘 要:为获得对梨火疫病菌(Erwinia amylovora)抑菌活性高、防病效果好的拮抗菌组合,以实验室前期从香梨酵素液中分离初筛出的E.amylovora拮抗细菌菌株为材料,采用对峙培养法检测菌株之间的亲和性,打孔-抑菌圈法测定复配组合菌株的抑菌活性。对筛选出相容性良好,对E.amylovora抑菌作用强的拮抗细菌组合通过喷施香梨离体花序和盆栽杜梨苗评价其对梨火疫病的防病效果。结果显示:筛选出相容性良好的3个拮抗细菌组合FX1-FJ20、FX74-FN12和FX70-FX43,其复配比例为1∶1的组合菌体发酵液和组合除菌发酵液的抑菌率均达到83%以上,明显高于单一菌株。3个拮抗细菌组合菌体发酵液和组合除菌发酵液对香梨花腐的3~7 d的平均预防型防效分别为56.26%~73.16%和72.02~82.66%;对杜梨苗的7~15 d的预防型防效分别为67.38%~77.73%和71.78%~80.11%,治疗型防效分别为64.53%~75.01%和69.09%~79.03%。组合菌的防效均较单个菌株提高,组合菌除菌发酵液的防效优于组合菌菌体发酵液,预防型防效优于治疗型防效。综合防效试验结果可见,拮抗菌组合FX74-FN12的防效最佳,其菌体发酵液和除菌发酵液对香梨花腐3~7 d的预防型防效分别为73.16%、82.66%,比单菌株的平均防效分别增加12.90%和22.40%;对杜梨苗的7~15 d的平均预防型和治疗型防效分别达到75.00%和79.00%以上,比单菌株的平均防效分别增加15.12%和11.02%,对梨火疫病具有较好的生防潜力。In the pursuit ofantagonistic bacterial combinations exhhibiting high inhibitory activity and efficacious disease prevention effect against Erwinia amylovora,strains isolated from the the fragrant pear enzyme solution at the early stage in the laboratory were used as materials.The affinity between these strains was assessed via plate confrontation culture,while their combined inhibitive activity were measured using punching-inhibition circle method.The antagonistic bacterial combination demonstrating substantial affinity and potent inhibition of E.amylovora were identified and further evaluated through in vitro spraying fragrant inflorescence and potted Birchleaf Pear seedlings.The results showed that combinations FX1-FJ20,FX74-FN12 and FX70-FX43,exhibited affinity and achieved inhibition rates more than 83%in both combined strains fermentation broth and combined strains filtered fermentation broth,significantly higher than that of the single strains.The average protective efficacy of the three antagonistic bacterial combinations on fragrant pear inflorescences ranged from 56.26%to 73.16%for combined strains fermentation broth and 72.02%to 82.66%for combined strains filtered fermentation broth over 3 to 7 days,similarly,on potted Birchleaf Pear seedlings,protective efficacy ranged from 67.38%to 77.73%for combined strains fermentation broth and 71.78%to 80.11%for combined strains filtered fermentation broth over 7 to 15 days,with therapeutic efficacy ranging from 64.53%to 75.01%and 69.09%to 79.03%,respectively.Overall,the combined strains consistently exhibited enhanced efficacy compared to the single strains,with filtered fermentation showing good results to fermentation alone in terms of protective and therapeutic effects.Particularly,combination FX74-FN12 demonstrated the highest efficacy,achieving protective efficacies of 73.16%and 82.66%in fermentation broth and filtered fermentation,respectively,during the initial 3-5 days against fragrant pear blossom rot-an increase of 12.90%and 22.40%,respectively,compare
