肾透明细胞癌术后对侧睾丸转移1例报告

摘　　要：肾癌睾丸转移罕见,本文报道1例患者,根治性肾切除术后4年发生对侧睾丸转移。行睾丸附睾精索切除术,术后病理诊断为(睾丸)透明细胞癌。随访复查胸腹部CT未见复发转移。在肾癌患者治疗过程中,应重视阴囊查体,避免漏诊肾癌伴睾丸转移。Testicular metastasis of renal carcinoma is rare.This paper reported a case of contralateral testicular metastasis 4 years after radical nephrectomy.The surgical resection of the spermatic cord of the epididymis was performed.The postoperative pathology was clear cell carcinoma of testicle.No recurrence or metastasis was found in chest and abdominal CT during follow-up.The objective of this report is to emphasize the importance of scrotal examination in the treatment of patients with renal cancer to avoid missing diagnosis of renal cancer with testicular metastasis.
