摘　　要：高职现代产业学院是围绕产教融合、校企合作而衍生的一种新型办学模式,对于助力学生高质量就业、促进行业企业技术良性发展具有重要意义。现代产业学院是实现高职产教融合的重要载体和平台,可以让学校教育与现代产业相互促进、相互赋能。从必要性、存在问题和策略3个维度对高职现代产业学院提升学生就业能力进行了深入研究,研究成果对于提升现代产业学院发展质量具有较好的借鉴意义。Vocational modern industry college is a new type of educational model derived from the integration of industry and education,and school enterprise cooperation.Modern industrial colleges are an important carrier and platform for achieving the integration of vocational education and industry,which can promote and empower school education with modern industries.It is of great significance in helping students find high-quality employment and promoting the healthy development of industry and enterprise technology.The article conducts in-depth research on enhancing the employability of students in modern vocational colleges from three dimensions:necessity,existing problems,and strategies,and proposes solutions.The research results have good reference significance for improving the development quality of modern industrial colleges.
