含氧天然气组成数据在体积计量中的合理应用探讨

摘  要:针对天然气计量工作实践中面对含有氧气的天然气检测结果,不同的处理方法导致不同的计量结果,不同的计量工作者对准确性存在困惑的情况,采用模拟计算的方法进行分析比较。论述了天然气中含有氧气组分的合理性,分析比较了3种针对含有氧气组分的天然气分析结果数据处理的方法。直接扣除氧气的方式,在氧气含量较高时,导致数据不可用;把氧气含量予以扣除加进甲烷中,简化了数据处理过程,但这种处理方式缺少科学依据;把氧气含量予以扣除,同时按照空气中氮气与氧气的组成比例对天然气中的氮气也予以扣减,并对调整后的全组分重新归一化,这种处理方式合理地考虑了氧气的来源,比较合理且符合实际。In view of the detection results of natural gas containing oxygen in natural gas metering practice,different processing methods lead to different measurement results,and different metering workers are confused about the accuracy of the situation,simulation calculation method is used to analyze and compare.This paper discusses the rationality of natural gas containing oxygen components,and analyzes and compares three data processing methods for natural gas containing oxygen components.The method of directly deducting oxygen makes the data unavailable when the oxygen content is high.Deducting the oxygen content and adding it to the methane simplifies data processing,but this approach lacks scientific justification.The oxygen content is deducted,and the nitrogen in natural gas is also deducted according to the composition ratio of nitrogen to oxygen in the air,and the adjusted total composition is renormalized.This treatment method reasonably considers the source of oxygen,more reasonable and in line with the reality.
