儿童骶管囊肿的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的总结儿童骶管囊肿围手术期的护理经验。方法回顾性分析2010年11月至2023年5月手术治疗的9例骶管囊肿患儿的临床资料,总结围手术期护理经验。结果9例患儿年龄均较小,理解、配合能力及依从性差,术前采取心理疏导、与家长密切合作、俯卧位及床上大小便训练,术后体位管理、手术切口观察、脑脊液漏护理、大小便及饮食护理。经过积极治疗及精心护理,9例患儿均顺利治愈出院。结论儿童骶管囊肿发病率低,围手术期护理难度大,应重视心理、手术切口、饮食、大小便等护理,术后严格俯卧位,预防切口感染、脑脊液漏。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of children with sacral cysts.Methods The clinical data of 9 children with sacral cysts who underwent surgical treatment from November 2010 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the perioperative nursing experience was summarized.Results All 9 children were young,with poor understanding,cooperation ability and compliance.Before the operation,psychological counseling,close cooperation with parents,prone position and training for defecation and urination in bed were carried out.After the operation,position management,surgical incision observation,cerebrospinal fluid leakage care,defecation and urination and diet care were implemented.After active treatment and meticulous care,all 9 children were successfully cured and discharged.Conclusion The incidence of sacral cysts in children is low,and the perioperative nursing is difficult.Attention should be paid to psychological,surgical incision,diet,defecation and urination care.A strict prone position should be maintained after the operation to prevent incision infection and cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
