优质干预对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者心理状态和睡眠质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者运用优质干预的效果,分析对睡眠质量、心理状态的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2023年10月邵武市中医院收治的脑梗死合并糖尿病患者78例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质干预,分析2组护理指标差异情况,包括心理状态、睡眠质量、护理满意度。结果:观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者实施优质干预的价值显著,可促进患者焦虑、抑郁情绪缓解,对改善患者睡眠质量、提高其满意度具有显著效果,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effects of high-quality intervention on patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes,and analyze its impact on sleep quality and psychological status.Methods:A total of 78 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes diagnosed and treated by Shaowu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the main body,and were divided into two groups according to the simple randomized method,the observation group(n=39)and the control group(n=39).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality intervention.The differences in nursing indicators between the two groups were analyzed,including psychological status,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction.Results:The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quality intervention in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes has significant value,can promote the alleviation of anxiety and depression,and has significant effect on improving sleep quality and patient satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
