摘 要:接头设计对乘用车车身扭转刚度性能影响较大,接头轻量化设计是车身结构设计的难点之一,文章提出一种基于复合材料加强件的车身接头轻量化设计优化方法。首先,通过对白车身扭转刚度敏感的C柱上接头、地板轮罩接头、D柱上接头、D柱下接头使用复合材料加强件的效果对比,得出在地板轮罩接头位置使用复合材料加强件的性价比是最优的。然后,对该处复合材料加强件接头从X向、Y向尺寸和胶的不同排布三个维度进行优化,找到在性能相当条件下的接头轻量化最优方案。将该方法应用在某运动型多用途汽车(SUV)车身接头设计中,在保证车身性能满足要求相当条件下,接头使用复合材料加强件方案相对原钣金方案减重16.7%。同时文章提出的方法也适用车身其他空腔结构,可提升车身刚度和轻量化水平。The design of the body joint has a great influence on the torsional stiffness performance of the passenger car body,and the lightweight design of the joint is one of the difficulties in the design of the body structure.In this paper,an optimization method for lightweight design of body joints based on composite reinforcements is proposed.First of all,through the torsional stiffness of the body-in-white sensitive C-column joints,floor wheel cover joints,D-column joints,D-column joints under the use of composite reinforcement effect comparison,it is concluded that the cost-performance ratio of using composite reinforcement at the joint position of floor wheel cover is optimal.Then the joint size from X direction,Y direction and the different arrangement of glue are optimized,the optimal scheme of lightweight joint is found under the condition of equivalent performance.This method is applied to the body joint of a sport utility vehicle(SUV)and under the condition of ensuring the same body performance,the weight of the joint using composite reinforcement scheme is reduced by 16.7%compared with the original sheet metal scheme.At the same time,the method proposed in this paper can also be applied to other cavity structures of the body,which can improve the stiffness and lightweight level of the body.
