摘 要:针对船舶舱室通风设计仅考虑单一因素,未考虑其他因素特征,影响船舶通风效率的问题,研究耦合因素特征提取下船舶舱室通风设计方法。将船舶舱室通风系统视为耦合系统,引入信息准则,利用牛顿方法提取影响船舶舱室通风效果的关键耦合因素特征。基于耦合因素特征提取结果,利用知识组件构建船舶舱室通风系统的数学模型,确保舱室空气流通顺畅。选取计算流体动力学软件模拟船舶舱室通风情况,依据模拟结果,进行船舶舱室通风设计的计算分析、调整与优化,获取船舶舱室通风系统的通风方式、换气次数等设计指标,确定最终的船舶舱室通风设计方案。实验结果表明,采用该方法设计的船舶舱室通风系统,满足换气次数要求,送风量与抽风量降低幅度明显,有效提升了通风系统的通风效率。To address the issue of ship cabin ventilation design considering only a single factor without considering the characteristics of other factors,which affects the efficiency of ship ventilation,a coupled factor feature extraction method for ship cabin ventilation design is studied.Consider the ship cabin ventilation system as a coupled system,introduce informa-tion criteria,and use Newton's method to extract key coupling factor characteristics that affect the ventilation effect of the ship cabin.Based on the feature extraction results of coupling factors,a mathematical model of the ship cabin ventilation sys-tem is constructed using knowledge components to ensure smooth air circulation in the cabin.Select computational fluid dy-namics software to simulate the ventilation situation of ship cabins.Based on the simulation results,perform calculation ana-lysis,adjustment,and optimization of ship cabin ventilation design,obtain design indicators such as ventilation mode and air exchange rate of the ship cabin ventilation system,and determine the final ship cabin ventilation design scheme.The experi-mental results show that the ship cabin ventilation system designed using this method meets the requirements of air ex-change rate,and the reduction in air supply and exhaust volume is significant,effectively improving the ventilation effi-ciency of the ventilation system.
