摘　　要：对外医疗援助是中国外交工作的重要组成部分。60多年来,一批批中国医疗队队员全心全意为受援国人民服务,以实际行动铸就了中国医疗队精神。习近平总书记用“不畏艰苦、甘于奉献、救死扶伤、大爱无疆”总结了中国医疗队精神。鉴于此,医学院校必须深化中国医疗队精神的育人作用,在顶层设计、文化建设、教学实践和网络宣传4个方面融入中国医疗队精神,推动中国医疗队精神育人制度化、精细化、常态化和生动化,形成中国式现代化的强大精神动力,培养堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人。Foreign medical assistance is an important component of China's diplomatic work.For more than 60 years,groups of Chinese medical team members have served the people of the recipient countries wholeheartedly,and their practical actions have forged the spirit of the Chinese medical team.General Secretary Xi Jinping summarized the spirit of the Chinese medical team with the words"unafraid of hardship,willing to contribute,saving lives and helping the wounded,and boundless love".In view of this,medical colleges must deepen the educational role of the Chinese medical team spirit,integrate it into top-level design,cultural construction,teaching practice,and online publicity,promote the institutionalization,refinement,normalization,and vividness of the Chinese medical team spirit education,form a strong spiritual driving force for Chinese modernization,and cultivate new people of contemporary who can shoulder the important responsibility of national rejuvenation.
