摘　　要：目的 探讨BOPPPS模型在静息能量代谢实训课程中的设计与应用,旨在为医护人员提供规范化培训参考。方法采用BOPPPS模型对71位湖南省二级及以上医疗机构医护人员进行理论与实践结合的培训,通过前后测及满意度问卷、操作技能考核评价培训效果。结果 学员培训后的理论考核成绩高于培训前(P<0.001)。操作技能考核分值(77.55±6.73)分,参加操作技能考核的20名学员中5%的学员为优秀,大多数(70%)的学员为中等或良好。学员总体满意度评分分值为(88.57±2.80)分。结论 基于BOPPPS模型的静息能量代谢实训课程能显著提升医护人员静息能量代谢的理论和实操能力,对增强临床营养岗位胜任力具有良好效果,值得推广。Objective To explore the design and application of the BOPPPS model in practical training course on resting energy metabolism,aim to providing a standardized training reference for healthcare personnel.Methods The BOPPPS model was used to train 71 healthcare personnel from secondary or above medical institutions that combines theory with practice in Hunan Province,and the training effect was evaluated by pre-tests and post-tests,satisfaction questionnaires,and operational skills assessment.Results The theoretical assessment scores of the trainees after training were higher than those before training(P<0.001).The score of operational skills assessment was(77.55±6.73)score,5%of the 20 trainees who participated in the operational skills assessment were excellent,and the majority(70%)of the trainees were moderate or good.The overall satisfaction score of the trainees was(88.57±2.80)score.Conclusion The resting energy metabolism practical training course based on the BOPPPS model can significantly improve the theoretical and practical ability of resting energy metabolism of healthcare personnel,and has good effect on enhancing the competence of clinical nutrition posts,which is worth promoting.
