儿科本科学生对专业兼职班主任满意度的调查与分析

摘  要:目的调查重庆医科大学儿科学院本科学生对专业兼职班主任的满意度及其影响因素,为提高医学本科生培养质量、优化医学本科生学业辅导提供参考。方法2023年8月,以重庆医科大学儿科学院儿科专业在校学生1211人为研究对象,对其专业兼职班主任工作满意度进行问卷调查,内容包括专业兼职班主任的学业指导、人文关怀、其他方面指导及本科生的收获和建议。对调查数据进行定量分析与质性分析。结果儿科本科生对专业兼职班主任的总体满意度较高,其中对“学业指导”和“人文关怀”的满意率均为91.00%,对“其他方面”的满意率为86.00%。在“收获”方面,52.86%的学生获得学业规划方面的指导,其余学生在考研、了解医学行业、平衡生活工作等方面获得指导;在“建议”方面,30.74%的学生在具体指导、线下指导及教师需要积极主动联系学生等方面提出建议。结论学院应该加强对专业兼职班主任的遴选和指导方法的培训,提升其综合能力,优化儿科本科生培养模式。Objective To investigate pediatric undergraduates'satisfaction at Chongqing Medical University with part-time class teachers and its influencing factors to provide reference for improving the quality of medical undergraduates cultivation and optimizing academic counseling for medical undergraduates.Methods In August 2023,1211 students majoring in pediatrics at the School of Pediatrics,Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey on their post satisfaction as part-time class teachers.The survey included academic guidance,humanistic care,other aspects,as well as harvest and suggestions from undergraduates.Quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey datas was adopted as well.Results The pediatric undergraduates'overall satisfaction rate with part-time class teachers is relatively high,with satisfaction rates of 91.00%for"academic guidance"and"humanistic care",and 86.00%for"other aspects".In terms of"harvest",52.86%of students received guidance on academic planning,while the rest received guidance on postgraduate entrance exams,learning the medical industry,and balancing life and work.In terms of"suggestions",30.74%of students provided suggestions in terms of specific guidance,offline guidance,and the need for teachers to actively contact students.Conclusion The college should strengthen the training of selection and guidance methods for professional part-time class teachers,enhance their comprehensive abilities,and optimize the training model for pediatric undergraduates.
