青年临床医师开展科研的需求调查分析与对策建议

摘　　要：目的 调查青年临床医师开展科研的需求并提出相关建议,促进青年临床医师科研能力提升。方法 采用自行设计的问卷,于2023年8—9月对南京10家“三甲”医院在职青年临床医师进行在线调查,调查内容包括研究对象的基本信息、开展科研的动力需求、开展科研的外部支持需求、科研能力提升需求。结果 开展科研的动力需求分析显示,“职称晋升的需要”等的需求率较高,“获得科研奖励或报酬”等的需求率较低,各问题需求率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展科研的外部支持需求分析显示,各问题的需求率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。科研能力提升需求分析显示,“课题申报书撰写能力提升”等的需求率较高,“医学科研伦理培训”等问题的需求率较低,各问题需求率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相关主管部门、医院及科室等应激发青年临床医师开展科研的热情,加强其开展科研的外部支持,采取精准措施提升其科研能力,促使其更好地开展科研。Objective To investigate young clinicians'needs to conduct scientific research and make relevant suggestions to promote the improvement of young clinicians'scientific research ability.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey in August-September 2023 on young clinicians working in 10 Grade-A hospitals in Nanjing City,which included research objects'basic information,motivation to carry out scientific research,external support to carry out scientific research,and the needs to improve scientific research ability.Results The analysis of the needs for motivation to conduct scientific research showed that the needs rate of"the need for title promotion"was higher,and the needs rate of"obtaining scientific research rewards or compensation"was lower,and the difference in the needs rate of each question was statistically significant(P<0.05).The analysis of the needs for external support for scientific research showed that the difference in the needs rate for each question was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The analysis of the needs for improvement of scientific research ability showed that the needs rate for"improvement of the ability to write project proposals"was higher,and the needs rate for"training in medical research ethics"was lower,and the difference in the needs rate for each issue was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relevant authorities,hospitals and departments should stimulate young clinicians'enthusiasm to carry out scientific research,strengthen the external support for their scientific research,and take precise measures to improve their scientific research ability,so as to encourage them to better carry out scientific research.
