摘　　要：目的 了解沈阳市某医学院校学生抑郁情况,探究其影响因素,为医学类高校开展大学生针对性的心理卫生保健工作和构建抑郁干预体系提供理论依据。方法 采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对1 391名大学生进行问卷调查并对显示抑郁症的学生进行访谈干预。结果 检出抑郁366人,抑郁检出率为26.31%。其中,轻度抑郁所占比例最高(62.84%),中度抑郁占29.51%,重度抑郁占7.65%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,毕业年级和新生年级、学业压力大、独生子女、家庭关系较差、每天上网时间较长、不喜欢参加体育锻炼和集体活动会增加大学生抑郁发生风险(P<0.05)。结论 高校和有关部门应高度重视大学生的心理健康,采取有效措施缓解和改善大学生抑郁状况,提高大学生身心健康水平。Objective To learn the depression status and influencing factors among students in a certain medical college in Shenyang to provide theoretical basis for medical colleges to carry out targeted psychology health care for collegians and to build a depression intervention system.Methods A questionnaire survey of 1391 collegians was conducted with the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and interviews were conducted with students who showed depression.Results 366 students were diagnosed with depression,with a depression detection rate of 26.31%.Among them,mild depression accounted for the highest proportion(62.84%),moderate depression accounted for 29.51%,and severe depression accounted for 7.65%.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of depression among collegians was increased by factors such as graduation grade and freshmen grade,high academic pressure,being an only child,having poor family relationships,spending a long time online every day,and not liking to participate in physical exercise and group activities(P<0.05).Conclusion Colleges and relevant departments should attach great importance to collegians'psychology health,take effective measures to alleviate and improve their depression,and improve their psychology and mental health level.
