摘  要:战略人才和急需紧缺人才培养所面临的新挑战对实验教学提出了新要求。针对实验教学方法与学生特点不匹配、实验教学考核与培养目标相脱节、实验教学内容与产业要求有差距等问题,设置与产业相关的实验项目,开设模拟生产的创新实验,改革实验教学“小课堂”,用好产业专家、社会企业等产业“大课堂”资源,做好思政教育与实验课堂教学的融合工作,为培养更多具有创新精神与实践能力的战略人才和急需紧缺人才提供有力支持。The new challenges faced in cultivating strategic talents and urgently needed talents have put forward new requirements for experimental teaching.In response to the mismatch between experimental teaching methods and student characteristics,the disconnection between experimental teaching assessment and training goals,and the gap between experimental teaching content and industry requirements,several reform measures can be taken.These include setting up industry-related experimental projects and innovative experiments simulating production to reform the“small classroom”of experimental teaching,making good use of industrial experts,social enterprises,and other“big classroom”resources in the industry,and integrating ideological and political education with experimental classroom teaching.These reform measures can provide strong support for cultivating more strategic talents and urgently needed talents with innovative spirit and practical abilities.
