摘 要:高职学校教师教学创新团队是我国高等职业教育改革与创新的重要组成部分,科学评价和准确掌握其建设水平,对于推动我国“双高计划”的高质量发展具有重要意义。课堂教学质量评估是高等职业学校实现其培养目标的前提与基础,也是衡量教学创新团队建设成效的关键。在深化职业教育体系建设改革的背景下,将高职课堂教学质量评估与高职教师教学创新团队建设绩效评价进行“耦合”,并运用TQM(全面质量管理)理论构建完整的高职课堂教学质量评价指标体系,从学生的视角和体验出发设计评价指标,有效促进教和学的共同进步,提升教学质量,同时也为高职教师教学创新团队的建设和学校关键办学能力的提升提供了有力支撑。The teaching innovation team of higher vocational school teachers is an important part of the reform and innovation of higher vocational education in China.To evaluate and accurately grasp its construction level is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of China’s“double high plan”.Classroom teaching quality evaluation is the premise and basis for higher vocational schools to achieve their training goals,and it is also the key to measure the effectiveness of teaching innovation team building.Under the background of deepening the reform of vocational education system construction,the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is“coupled”with the performance evaluation of teaching innovation team construction of higher vocational teachers,and the theory of TQM(Total Quality Management)is applied to construct a complete evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.The evaluation index is designed from the perspective and experience of students.It has effectively promoted the common progress of teaching and learning,improved the teaching quality,and also provided strong support for the construction of teaching innovation teams of higher vocational teachers and the improvement of key school-running capabilities of schools.
