摘　　要：职业本科生就业法律教育工作是一项系统工程,应贯穿学生学习生活工作的全过程。从“学校职能部门改革课程设置、提升专业机构统筹职能、做好校园文化建设;教师和教辅人员用好课堂教学和教育管理平台;学生加强自我教育和管理”三个层面协同发力,借助充分发挥职能部门专职作用、教师主导作用、学生主体作用的“三位一体”协同培育模式,探寻提升职业本科生就业法律素养的有效路径。The work of employment law education for vocational undergraduates is a systematic project that should run through the entire process of students’study,life and work.Using school functions to implement teaching and management platforms such as employment law courses,credits,teaching staff and students’unions,associations,publicity and education,and making good use of classroom teaching and education management platforms by teachers and teaching assistants,the three levels of students’self-education and management,this paper discusses the effective way to improve the legal quality of employment of vocational undergraduates by giving full play to the three-in-one cultivation mode of full-time role of functional departments,leading role of teachers and main role of students.
