摘  要:从双元学习视角出发,将组织韧性作为短期生存目标,将可持续发展作为长期发展目标,探讨了数字化转型对转型经济企业的双重影响。采用问卷调查法在数字化转型企业的管理层中收集有效问卷314份,运用结构方程模型和Bootstrapping等方法进行实证检验。结果发现:双元学习在数字化转型与可持续发展绩效之间具有中介作用,探索式学习和组织韧性在数字化转型与可持续发展绩效之间具有链式中介作用,但利用式学习对组织韧性无显著促进作用。稳健性检验依旧证实上述结论。拓展分析结果表明,数字化转型背景下,探索式学习有助于促进经济绩效,利用式学习则有助于促进环境绩效和社会绩效。This paper adopts an ambidexterity learning perspective,with organizational resilience as a short-term survival objective and sustainable development as a long-term development objective,to delve into the dual impact of digital transformation on transformational economy enterprises.A survey was conducted among management personnel of digital transformation enterprises,resulting in a total of 314 valid questionnaires.Data were subsequently analyzed using structural equation modeling and bootstrapping to test various hypotheses.The results indicate that ambidexterity learning serves as a mediator between digital transformation and sustainable development performance.Furthermore,exploratory learning and organizational resilience exhibit a chain-like mediating effect in this relationship.Notably,exploitative learning does not appear to significantly enhance organizational resilience.Robustness tests consistently support these conclusions.Additional analysis suggests that in the context of digital transformation,exploratory learning has a positive impact on economic performance,while exploitative learning tends to promote environmental and social performance.
