摘　　要：供应链管理作为一项复杂而精细的综合性任务,其高效运作离不开信息技术的强大支撑,特别是在融入绿色发展战略后,构建信息化系统成为不可或缺的管理手段。本文旨在从理论维度探索绿色供应链信息化的实践路径,并通过剖析Y集团成功实施绿色供应链信息化的案例,为行业内其他企业实施类似项目提供可借鉴的蓝本。As a complex and sophisticated comprehensive task,supply chain management cannot operate efficiently without the strong support of information technology,especially after integrating into the green development strategy.Building an information system has become an indispensable management tool.This article aims to explore the practical path of green supply chain informatization from a theoretical perspective,and provide a reference blueprint for other enterprises in the industry to implement similar projects by analyzing the successful implementation of green supply chain informatization by Y Group.
