摘　　要：本研究针对杭州市科技型企业孵化器服务质量提升问题,采用层次分析法(AHP)和优序图方法,对18个服务质量指标进行权重分析,构建了一个全面的理论框架。并提出了一系列改进对策,如加强基础设施建设、优化技术支持服务、建立快速响应机制等[1],并强调了数据驱动的服务优化、持续员工培训、发展以及建立开放创新生态系统的重要性。This study aims to address the issue of improving the service quality of technology-based enterprise incubators in Hangzhou.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the Prioritization Chart method were used to analyze the weights of 18 service quality indicators,and a comprehensive theoretical framework was constructed.And a series of improvement measures are proposed,such as strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing technical support services,establishing rapid response mechanisms,etc.The importance of data-driven service optimization,continuous employee training,development,and establishing an open innovation ecosystem is emphasized.
