摘  要:试验设计与数据处理是食品类专业学生进行食品研发与创新的必备技能,能有效保障专业学生形成扎实专业综合素养和创新能力,针对食品专业本科生“食品试验设计与数据处理”课程的教学现状进行分析,通过优化教学内容与方法、自建教学资源、实施多元化考核手段,建立了灵活的线上线下混合式教学模式。课程改革举措显著降低了课程难度,综合提高了教学质量,提升了学生的学习积极性和自主性,达成了学生试验设计与数据处理技能的习得与应用的目的。该课程改革成果将为培养具有扎实专业基础的应用型人才提供支撑与参考。Experimental design and data processing are essential skills for food major students to carry out food development and innovation,which can effectively guarantee the students of this major to form professional comprehensive quality and innovation ability.This paper analyzed the teaching status of Food Experimental Design and DataProcessing course for undergraduates majoring in food major,established a flexible online and offline mixed teaching mode by optimizing teaching content and methods,self-building teaching resources and implementing diversified examination methods,the reform measures significantly reduced the difficulty of the course,improved the teaching quality comprehensively,enhanced students'learning enthusiasm and autonomy,achieved the aim that student acquired and applied experimental design and data processing skills.The results of this course reform would provide support and reference for cultivating application-oriented talents with professional foundation.
