摘 要:结合“食品营养学进展”课程的特点,采用Seminar教学方法对“食品营养学进展”课程的理论教学部分进行了应用探究。以湖北工业大学生物工程与食品学院2022级食品专业研究生为授课对象,通过学生课前准备、课上讨论等环节开展教学。实践证明,Seminar教学法不仅使学生对学习产生了兴趣,在课堂上的注意力更加集中,还培养了学生发现问题、解决问题的能力,使学生学习变得主动,另外还能优化课堂教学质量,有助于教师教学能力的提升。Combined with the characteristics of the Advances in Food Nutrition course,the Seminar teaching method was used to explore the application of the theoretical teaching part of the Advances in Food Nutrition course.The postgraduate students of food majors in the class of 2022 in the College of Biological Engineering and Food of Hubei University of Technology were used as the teaching targets.The teaching was carried out through students'preparation before class and discussion in class.It was proved that Seminar teaching method not only made students interested in learning to pay more attention in class,but also cultivated students'ability to find out problems and solved them,so that students become active in learning,in addition,it could optimize the quality of classroom teaching and help teachers'teaching ability to improve.
