摘 要:文章构建了一种新型的锆基金属有机骨架@纳米铂@离子液体/玻碳电极(Zirconium metal organic frameworks@platinum nanomaterials@ionic liquid/glassy carbon electrode,Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE)传感器对茶饮料中的双酚S(Bisphenol S,BPS)进行快速定量分析。采用化学合成法制备ZrMOFs@Pt,并复合IL,制备一种新型的Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL纳米复合材料,将其涂布于GCE表面,即得Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE传感器。通过对p H值、富集时间等条件进行优化,确定了传感器的最佳工作条件,并对传感器的抗干扰性、BPS在电极表面的反应动力学进行了研究。研究发现ZrMOFs@Pt@IL对BPS具有良好的电催化活性,可以有效提高传感器的灵敏度。传感器的检出限(S/N=3)为0.0067μmol/L,线性范围分别为0.01~1.0μmol/L和1.0~130μmol/L。保存15 d后,氧化峰电流仍可维持在原值的92.68%。加标检测结果与高效液相色谱一致。Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE灵敏度高、选择性和稳定性好,为BPS的快速检测提高了一种新的方案。A novel zirconium metal organic frameworks@platinum nanomaterials@ionic liquid/glassy carbon electrode(Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE)sensor was constructed for rapid quantitative analysis of bisphenol S(BPS)in tea beverages.Zr-MOFs@Pt was prepared by chemical synthesis method and a new Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL nanocomposites was prepared by compounding IL,applied it onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode(GCE)to obtain Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE sensors.The optimal working conditions of the sensor were determined by optimizing working conditions such as pH and enrichment time,and the anti-interference performance of the sensor and the reaction kinetics of BPS on the electrode surface were studied.The study found that Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL had good electrocatalytic activity towards BPS,which effectively improved the sensitivity of the sensor.The sensor had a detection limit(S/N=3)of 0.0067μmol/L,with linear ranges of 0.01–1.0μmol/L and 1.0–130μmol/L,after 15 days of stored,the oxidation peak current could still be maintained at 92.68%of the original value.The spiked detection results were consistent with high-performance liquid chromatography.Zr-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE exhibited high sensitivity,good selectivity and stability,which improved a new solution for rapid detection of BPS.
