摘  要:为了筛选优良的野生薤白材料,从桂北地区采集8份野生薤白作为供试材料,并测定了营养成分及相关田间性状。将文市镇文市村和水车镇伍家湾村采集的薤白命名为供试材料1和供试材料6,检测出可溶性蛋白含量分别为1.79%、1.47%,纤维素含量分别为1.46%、1.30%,可溶性糖含量分别为7.60%、5.65%,有机酸含量分别为0.88、1.27 g/kg,维生素C含量分别为23.63、16.78 mg/100 g,水分含量分别为87.51%、88.43%,株重分别为11.31、17.58 g,鳞茎直径分别为17.52、23.95 mm。模糊综合评价法分析结果表明,供试材料1和供试材料6总体得分高于其他材料,可以作为优良野生薤白材料。In order to screen excellent wild Allium macrostemon materials,8 wild Allium macrostemon materials were collected from the northern Guangxi region as test materials,and their nutritional components and related field traits were determined.The Allium macrostemon collected from Wenshi Village in Wenshi Town,and Wujiawan Village in Shuiche Town were named as test material 1 and test material 6,respectively.The soluble protein contents were 1.79%and 1.47%,respectively.The cellulose contents were 1.46%and 1.30%,respectively.The soluble sugar contents were 7.60%and 5.65%,respectively.The organic acid contents were 0.88 g/kg and 1.27 g/kg,respectively.The vitamin C contents were 23.63 mg/100 g and 16.78 mg/100 g,respectively.The moisture contents were 87.51%and 88.43%,respectively.The plant weights were 11.31 g and 17.58 g,respectively.The diameters of the bulbs were 17.52 mm and 23.95 mm,respectively.The analysis results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method showed that the overall scores of test material 1 and test material 6 were higher than other materials,and they could be used as excellent wild Allium macrostemon materials.
