摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)属于冠状病毒科甲型冠状病毒属,可引起血清阴性新生仔猪急性腹泻、呕吐、脱水,死亡率较高。PEDV感染引起的猪流行性腹泻(PED)给欧洲和亚洲养猪业造成了重大的经济损失。地方性PED是一个重大问题,多种PEDV潜在输入或变体的出现加剧了这一问题。为了解PEDV的流行与变异情况,应用生物信息学方法对50个PEDV毒株进行了遗传进化分析。结果表明,不同基因型PEDV S1基因具有稳定突变点,同一地域主要流行毒株具有相对遗传稳定性,2020年后我国流行毒株多为G2c基因群。本研究为进一步监测和分析我国猪群腹泻的流行病学及研究PEDV的遗传变异规律提供参考,同时为PED的防控和疫苗研发提供理论依据。Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is belonged to Alphacoronavirus,Coronaviridae,which can cause acute diarrhea,vomiting and dehydration in serum negative newborn piglets with high mortality.Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)due to PEDV infection has caused significant economic losses to pig industry in Europe and Asia.Localized PED is a major issue,exacerbated by potential input or emergence of multiple PEDV variants.In order to understand the prevalence and variation of PEDV,this study applied bioinformatics methods to conduct genetic evolution analysis on 50 strains of PEDV.The results showed that different genotypes of PEDV S1 genes had stable mutation points,and the main epidemic strains in the same region had relative genetic stability.After 2020,most of the epidemic strains in China were in the G2c gene group.This study provided data reference for further monitoring and analyzing the epidemiology of diarrhea in pig herds in China,as well as studying the genetic variation patterns of PEDV.At the same time,it provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of PED and vaccine development.
