摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌症状群干预联合姑息营养支持对化疗耐受性及营养状况的影响。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月行化疗的患者86例,根据数字随机表法分作2组,对照组43例予以姑息营养支持干预,观察组43例予以肺癌症状群干预联合姑息营养支持,对2组的症状群控制效果、化疗耐受性、营养状况及生存质量进行比较。结果观察组干预后的中文版安德森症状评估量表(MDASI-C)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)评估评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的肺癌患者生活质量测定量表(FACT-L)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺癌症状群干预联合姑息营养支持可有效控制肺癌化疗患者症状群,进一步提升其化疗耐受性,并改善其营养状况及生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of symptom group intervention combined with palliative nutritional support on chemotherapy tolerance and nutritional status of lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 86 lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in the hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected.They were randomly assigned into the control group(43 cases,palliative nutrition support intervention),and the observation group(43 cases,lung cancer symptom group intervention combined with palliative nutrition support).The effect of symptom group control,chemotherapy tolerance,nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the observation group had significantly lower the Chinese Version of the M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI-C)score,lower the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)score,higher the levels of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),and transferrin(TF),higher the score of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung(FACT-L)Scale than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Symptom group intervention combined with palliative nutrition support can effectively control the symptom group of lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy,further enhance the chemotherapy tolerance,as well as improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
