摘　　要：炎症和免疫问题是引起多种疾病的重要机制。药物治疗是主要方式,其虽具有使用便捷、成本低、疗效明显等优势,但也存在对肝肾等器官的损伤以及药物不良反应等风险。需要探索其他治疗方式。利多卡因是一种常用的局部麻醉药,近年来在炎症性疾病和免疫性疾病的研究中受到关注。研究表明利多卡因能减轻炎症和疼痛症状,并调节免疫系统功能以改善炎症性疾病和抑制免疫性疾病的发生发展。本综述总结了利多卡因的药理学机制、临床应用(尤其是在炎症和免疫性疾病方面)以及其安全性和有效性,为利多卡因进一步研究和应用提供参考依据。Inflammation and immune problems are important mechanisms that cause many diseases.Drug therapy is the main approach,which has the advantages of convenient use,low cost,and obvious therapeutic effects,but also has risks of organ damage,such as liver and kidney,and adverse drug reactions.Other treatment methods need to be explored.Lidocaine is a commonly used local anesthetic,which has recently received attention in the research of inflammatory and immune diseases.Studies have shown that lidocaine can alleviate inflammation and pain symptoms and regulate immune system function to improve inflammatory diseases and inhibit the development of immune diseases.This review summarizes the pharmacological mechanisms,clinical applications(especially in inflammatory and immune diseases),and safety and effectiveness of lidocaine,providing reference for further research and application of lidocaine.
