Nd:YAP激光消毒与盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助龈下刮治及根面平整术治疗中重度慢性牙周炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAP激光治疗机消毒与盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助龈下刮治及根面平整术对中重度慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法随机选取2020年1月—2023年6月常州市口腔医院收治的60例中重度慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组进行龈下刮治及根面平整术治疗,研究组进行Nd:YAP激光消毒与盐酸米诺环素软膏配合龈下刮治与根面平整术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、牙周指数评分及牙龈沟探诊深度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组牙龈指数评分、龈沟出血指数评分、牙龈沟探诊深度指数、菌斑指数评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论中重度慢性牙周炎施以Nd:YAP激光消毒与盐酸米诺环素软膏配合龈下刮治与根面平整术治疗的效果更好,能够有效改善患者的牙周指标,并且降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Nd:YAP laser therapewtic machine disinfection and minocy⁃cline hydrochloride ointment assisted subgingival scaling and root planing on moderate to severe chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis admitted to Changzhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treat⁃ment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subgingival scaling and root planing surgery.The study group was treated with Nd:YAP laser disinfec⁃tion and minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with subgingival scaling and root planing surgery.The thera⁃peutic effects,the occurrence of adverse reactions,periodontal index scores and gingival sulculs probing depth of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).The gingival index score,gingival sulcus bleeding index score,gingival sulcus probing depth index and plaque index score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Nd:YAP laser disinfection and minocycline hydro⁃chloride ointment combined with subgingival scaling and root planing in the treatment of moderate to severe chronic periodontitis is better,which can effectively improve the periodontal index of patients and reduce the incidence of ad⁃verse reactions.
