环孢素联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗角膜塑形镜相关性干眼症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究环孢素联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗角膜塑形镜相关性干眼症的疗效。方法前瞻性随机选取2023年1—9月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的100例(200只眼)角膜塑形镜相关性干眼症患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各50例(100只眼)。对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,研究组给予环孢素联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗。对比两组患者泪膜破裂时间与基础泪液分泌量、白细胞介素-1β与基质金属蛋白酶-9水平以及眼部充血、眼部干涩与视觉疲劳消失时间。结果治疗后,研究组泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌量均高于对照组,白细胞介素-1β、基质金属蛋白酶-9水平方均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组视觉疲劳消失时间为(6.05±1.22)d、眼部充血时间为(6.23±1.35)d、眼睛干涩消失时间为(8.01±2.11)d,均短于对照组的(9.46±2.28)d、(8.96±2.19)d、(11.58±2.31)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.325、7.504、8.069,P均<0.05)。结论将环孢素联合聚乙二醇滴眼液应用在角膜塑形镜相关性干眼症患者中,可延长其泪膜破裂时间,增加基础泪液分泌量,降低炎性因子水平,缩短症状消失时间。Objective To explore the efficacy of cyclosporine combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops in the treat⁃ment of corneal reshaping mirror related dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients(200 eyes)with corneal re⁃shaping mirror related dry eye syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to September 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases(100 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with polyeth⁃ylene glycol eye drops,and the study group was treated with cyclosporine combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops.The tear film break-up time,basic tear secretion,interleukin-1βand matrix metalloproteinase-9 levels,and the disap⁃pearance time of eye congestion,eye dryness and visual fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the tear film break-up time and basic tear secretion in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-1βand matrix metalloproteinase-9 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The visual fatigue disappearance time(6.05±1.22)d,eye con⁃gestion time(6.23±1.35)d,and eye dryness disappearance time(8.01±2.11)d in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(9.46±2.28)d,(8.96±2.19)d,(11.58±2.31)d,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(t=9.325,7.504,8.069,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cyclosporine combined with polyethylene gly⁃col eye drops in patients with corneal reshaping mirror related dry eye syndrome can prolong the tear film break-up time,increase the basic tear secretion,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and shorten the time of symptom dis⁃appearance.
