摘 要:采用3个不同配比的茶籽壳粉基质栽培茶树菇,并以杂木屑配方作为对照,对比四者之间茶树菇产量的差异。结果表明,茶籽壳粉作为栽培基质可以显著提高茶树菇的产量,26%和36%的茶籽壳粉效果较好。但菌丝生长速度在含有茶籽壳的培养基内会有所减缓,茶籽壳粉含量越高,减缓程度越大。Agrocybe aegerita was cultivated with three different proportions of tea seed shell powder,and the mixed sawdust formula was used as the control to compare the yield differences of A.aegerita among the four treatments.The results showed that the yield of A.aegerita could be significantly increased by using tea seed shell powder as the cultivation substrate,and the effect of 26%and 36%tea seed shell powder were better.However,the mycelial growth rate would slow down in the medium containing tea seed shell,and the higher the content,the greater the degree of slowing down.
