隐形矫治器前导下颌对骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者面部美学结构的改变及影响

摘　　要：目的探讨隐形矫治器前导下颌对骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者面部美学结构的改变及影响。方法回顾性选取2021年1月-2023年12月在苏州口腔医院接受正畸矫治的60例骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方式分组,每组30例,对照组采用双[牙合]垫矫治器治疗,而探究组采用隐形矫治器技术。对比两组面部美学改善程度、牙齿矫治效果、并发症发生率。结果探究组在面部美学改善程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组牙齿矫治效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。探究组矫治后的并发症发生率为3.33%(1/30),明显低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论隐形矫治器技术在改善骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者的面部美学方面表现出色,且并发症发生率较低。Objective To investigate the change of facial aesthetic structure and the influence of invisible aligner anterior-guided mandibles on patients with bony classⅡmalocclusion.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with classⅡbone malocclusion who received orthodontic treatment in Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with double-jaw pad appliance,while the investigation group was treated with invisible appliance.The improvement degree of facial aesthetics,the effect of dental correction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement degree of facial aesthetics in the exploration group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the effect of dental correction(P>0.05).The complication rate of the investigation group was 3.33%(1/30),which was significantly lower than 26.67%(8/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Invisible appliance technology has shown excellent performance in improving the facial aesthetics of patients with bone classⅡmalocclusion with a low complication rate.
