摘　　要：目的探究氟西汀联合认知行为治疗对急性期非典型特征抑郁症患者负性自动思维的影响。方法目的选取济南市第二精神卫生中心于2019年3月—2023年3月收治的80例急性期非典型特征抑郁症患者并纳入研究中,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组单纯予以氟西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合认知行为治疗。比较两组治疗效果、抑郁症状、负性思维及自杀情绪评分。结果对照组治疗总有效率80.00%(32/40)低于观察组97.50%(39/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05);观察组的抑郁程度、相信程度及频繁程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组自杀情绪的各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对急性期非典型特征抑郁症患者采取氟西汀联合认知行为治疗效果显著,有助于降低患者的自杀倾向和抑郁情绪。Objective To explore the effect of fluoxetine and cognitive behavioral therapy on negative automatic thinking in depression with atypical characteristics in the acute phase.Methods Eighty patients with atypical depression in the acute phase admitted to Jinan Second Mental Health Center from March 2019 to March 2023 were purposefully selected in the study,and according to the different treatment mode is divided into control group and observation group,forty cases each.The control group was treated with fluoxetine,and the observation group combined cognitive behavioral therapy on the control group.The treatment effect,depression,negative thinking and suicidal mood scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 80.00%(32/40)lower than that in the observation group 97.50%(39/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05).The scores of depression degree,belief degree and frequency degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of suicidal ideation scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with cognitive behavior therapy in patients with acute atypical depression is effective,which is helpful to reduce their suicidal tendency and depression.
